PROCESSING TIME

The time we require to prepare an order for shipping is 1-5 business days, as our items are custom handmade products from Europe.

But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please notice that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also, we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.

YOUR ORDERS FROM THE USA WAREHOUSE

If you are in the USA and need the items urgently, we have it in stock in the USA warehouse. We have available Montessori climbing sets of 3 (with a standard ladder, without personalization) in the following colors: natural color, gray gradient, pink-gray gradient, deep blue ocean, bright and pastel rainbow. The delivery time within the USA will be 1-4 days with immediate dispatch from the warehouse.

The shipping costs depend on the weight and destination country for delivery. Please refer to the checkout page for more information. Free delivery options may be available.

TRACKING INFORMATION

 When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's or our website to track your order. 

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address, as once it is shipped, we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service (email to info@woodesa.com) immediately!

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Customers from the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Australia do NOT need to pay any additional customs fees as our products are stocked in warehouses located within these countries. However, for customers from other countries, you can check the possible customs fees using the following link: https://www.simplyduty.com/#calc.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

INSPECTION FOR DAMAGE, DEFECTS, SHORTAGES

Inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Damage, shortage or defective merchandise claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please email info@woodesa.com and include your order number, name on the order and a photo of the issue if applicable.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. If you need another payment method - please email to info@woodesa.com.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
